Ингредиенты

1 hen seasoned, cooked and boned 2 c. lowfat milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup 4 tbsp. flour 1 c. broth

1 lg. onion 2 stalks celery 3 tbsp. butter 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Cook onion, celery and butter together till tender. Add in flour, salt, lowfat milk and broth. Cook till smooth; add in mushroom soup. Mix well with chicken and pour into a flat casserole and top with the following.
