Ингредиенты

  • 1 lb chicken tenders - (to 1 1/2 lbs) cut in 1" pcs
  • 2/3 c. pineapple preserves
  • 1 Tbsp. terriyaki sauce plus
  • 1 tsp terriyaki sauce
  • 2 x garlic cloves sliced thinly
  • 1 Tbsp. dry chopped onion (or possibly 1 bunch fresh green onions, minced)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 dsh cayenne or possibly to taste
  • 1 pkt sugar snap peas - (10 ounce) thawed

Инструкции

  1. Place chicken pcs in crockpot. Combine preserves, terriyaki sauce, garlic, onion, lemon juice, ginger, and cayenne; stir well. Spoon over chicken, toss to coat. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hrs. Add in peas last 30 min.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
