Ингредиенты

  • 2 Tbsp. each butter and oil about 3 lbs chicken pcs
  • 4 med onions, minced
  • 2 x green peppers, seeded, minced
  • 4 clv garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika salt and freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. chicken stock
  • 1 x bay leaf
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream Galuska (see recipe)

  1. Heat butter and oil in large heavy skillet; add in chicken pcs. Brown lightly on all sides. Remove chicken from pan; set aside.
  2. In same pan, cook onions gently, about 10 min. Add in peppers and garlic; cook briefly. Stir in paprika. Return chicken pcs to pan; season, sprinkle with flour and turn to coat completely. Add in chicken stock and bay leaf; bring to boil, scraping up all the bits from bottom of pan. Lower heat, cover, and cook gently for about 1 hour till chicken is tender.
  3. Swirl in lowfat sour cream, heat through and adjust seasoning to taste. Serve beside on or possibly top of Galuska or possibly noodles.
