This is one I’ve perfected over the years. It’s easy, delicious and your guests will be licking the pot clean.

- Cut up chicken
- Cut up veggies
- Heat up oil in pot and add paprika and cook for 1 minute (do not burn)
- Add chicken and coat with paprika/oil mixture. Let cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally (add more paprika if needed)
- Add veggies, mix well, cover and let cook for about 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Check for doneness â chicken pierces easily and clear juices run out, veggies tender.
- Serve with any starch â rice, noodles, potato, spaetzle, etc.
- Serve with sour cream or yogurt if desired
