2 chicken breasts, legs & thighs 1/2 c. Bisquick 1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 c. butter

Инструкции

1. Rinse chicken in cool water and pat dry in a clean cloth. Mix Bisquick, salt and paprika in a paper bag and shake chicken in mix till fully covered. Heat butter in baking pan in oven and place chicken skin side down in melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. Turn chicken and cover with barbecue sauce. Bake another 15 to 30 min or possibly till tender. Spoon sauce over chicken as served.
