1/2 c. soy sauce (or possibly tamari sauce) 6 tbsp. sugar 2 teaspoon ginger

1 clove garlic, grated 1/4 teaspoon MSG

1. Mix all ingredients together. Marinate either steak or possibly chicken or possibly beef for 2 to 4 hrs. Grill or possibly broil till done.
