Ингредиенты

  • 1 lb raw chicken breast I use leftover chicken, turkey whatever...can be cooked
  • 1 med jar salsa approx. 1 pt.
  • 2 can green beans undrained
  • 1 c. uncooked minute rice
  • 2 ounce Monterey jack cheese grated I've used cheddar/Monterey mix

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam. Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour into pan and cover with foil. Bake for 45 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese proportionately over top. Bake again till cheese is melted. Louise Barzee
