Chicken Noodle Mushroom Casserole

Ингредиенты

  • 1 (3 to 4 lb.) frying chicken, boiled & boned
  • 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut sm.
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. bread crumbs
  • 2/3 bag of lg. egg noodles
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon bells seasoning

Инструкции

  1. Boil chicken with bells seasoning and 2 tsp. salt till done. Remove chicken from water and debone. Condense broth down to 1 qt or possibly so of liquid, chill overnight and remove all chicken fat. Saute/fry mushrooms and peppers till done and add in 2 c. broth, 2 cans soup and veggies together then add in chicken and mix.
  2. Boil egg noodles till done, rinse noodles (cool water) and add in to rest of mix and stir. Put contents in casserole dish and lightly cover with crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 55 min or possibly till done. Serves 3 to 6. Serve with cranberry sauce.
