1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced broccoli 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese (12 ounce.) 1 1/2 c. cut up cooked chicken 2/3 c. minced onion 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk

3 Large eggs 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10" x 1 1/2". Thaw broccoli, drain. Mix broccoli, 2 c. cheese, chicken and onion in plate. Beat lowfat milk, Large eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper till smooth, 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake 25 to 35 min. Top with remaining cheese. Bake till melts, 1 to 2 min. 6 to 8 servings.
