Рецепт Chicken Mozzarella

Ингредиенты

1 pound boned chicken breast, cut into strips 1 tbsp. oil 2 sm. zucchini, sliced in thin rounds

1 sm. jar of spaghetti sauce 8 ounce. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Инструкции

1. In large fry pan heat oil and stir fry chicken till done over medium high heat. Remove from pan and set aside. Add in zucchini to pan and stir fry till tender. Add in cooked chicken and pour spaghetti sauce over. Heat through, put Mozzarella cheese on top and cover pan till cheese melts. Serve right from pan.
