Chicken Marinade

Ингредиенты

1 kg Chicken pcs
5 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 clv garlic

2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
5 Tbsp. Treikai Marinade and sauce ginger fresh grnd pepper salt

Инструкции

I use Ginger granules but I have used fresh ginger.
Mix all ingredients except chicken, then pour over the chicken. Leave for 2-3 days turning the chicken at least 2 times per day, then cook over a warm plate or possibly sling it on the BBQ.
