Ингредиенты

2 pound boneless chicken 1 pound sliced Mozzarella 1 c. dry wine 1 stick butter

1/2 c. bread crumbs Garlic pwdr Salt and pepper 1 sm. can button mushrooms

Инструкции

1. Place chicken in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Pour wine over chicken. Sprinkle salt and pepper over. Place sliced Mozzarella over top, then sprinkle garlic pwdr, then sprinkle bread crumbs. Dot a piece of butter all over top of chicken. Then pour liquid removed mushrooms over. Cover and bake for 30 min in 375 degree oven, then remove cover and brown on top.
