1 sm. head lettuce, shredded
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

4 green onions, shredded
2 tbsp. toasted peanuts, minced
Rice sticks (Py Mei fun; maifun)

RICE STICKS: Take a small hand full and deep fry turning over once till light golden. These will puff up.
