1 pound chicken livers
Prepared mustard

1 pound partially cooked bacon
Salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

Dry chicken livers with paper towels. Dot with mustard. Wrap with 1/2 strip of bacon and skewer with a toothpick. Broil in oven approximately 5 to 6 min, turning once.
