  • 12 x Chicken livers
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 x Spanish onion, sliced in rings
  • 4 x Apples, slices about 1/2-inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar

Инструкции

  1. Rinse and drain livers. If very large, cut in half. Season lightly with salt and paprika. Sprinkle lightly with flour. Cook gently in 2 Tbsp. butter till brown.
  2. In another small pan cook onion in a little butter, sprinkle over cooked livers.
  3. In a third pan brown apples slices in remaining butter. Sprinkle with sugar to give glaze and flavor. Top and onions.
  4. Makes 2 servings.
