- Chop the chicken livers into very small pcs and fry them lightly in the butter for 5 min. Remove from the heat and keep hot.
- Bring the stock to the boil and add in the tagliatelle. Boil till just tender, about 1-2 min.
- Add in the chicken livers, minced parsley and seasoning to taste. Serve at once, topped with the grated cheese.
