  • 20 lbs raw chicken tenders
  • 12 cans coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 qt soy sauce
  • 1 box brown sugar
  • 2 cups minced cilantro
  • 1 carton peanut butter
  • 1 cup chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped ginger
  • 1/4 true lime powder
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup onion powder
  • 1/4 cup curry
  • 1/2 cup chicken base
  • 1 pint water
  • 1 pint oil

Инструкции

  1. Trim and clean chicken.
  2. Combine all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour over the chicken and marinate overnight or a minimum of 4 hours.
  4. Sear and cook the chicken in batches on the flat top.
  5. Garnish with chopped peanuts and chopped cilantro or parsley.
