Ингредиенты

200 gm Chicken breast meat, cut into strips 1 Tbsp. Oil 1/2 lrg Onion, sliced 1 Tbsp. Carrot strips

2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil 5 Tbsp. Water mixed with 1tsp cornflour

Инструкции

1. Heat the oil and fry the chicken till half-cooked. Add in the onion, carrot and seasoning and continue to fry till the chicken is cooked through
2. Add in the cornflour mix and bring to the boil. Serve immediately.
