Ингредиенты

  • 3 x boneless, skinless chicken breasts White pepper and Salt
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. Sherry (optional)
  • 2 tsp Seasonings from Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix

Инструкции

  1. Season Chicken with salt and pepper. Spray non-stick skillet with butter flavored cooking spray.
  2. Brown chicken , remove from skillet and place in crock pot.. Spray skillet again and saute/fry onion and mushrooms, add in Sherry and stir. Pour over chicken, sprinkle with the Salad Mix Seasonings.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hrs.
  4. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes
