- Soak venison in lowfat milk for about 1 hour. Sprinkle with spices and coat with flour. Heat oil in a skillet and brown venison on both sides being careful not to overcook. Use lowfat milk and extra flour to make gravy with the drippings left in the pan.
- Note: Slimmers -: It doesn't matter which much but you can use fat free Half and Half.
