1 whole chicken, cut up in pcs 3-4 peeled potatoes, cut in halves 1 lg. onion, minced 1 lg. green pepper, minced 3 garlic cloves, chopped

3-4 bay leaves Salt, pepper & oregano to taste 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce 1/2 c. dry wine or possibly beer

1. Place all the ingredients in a covered pan. Simmer for about an hour or possibly till chicken is fork tender. Serve with white rice.
