2 lbs. chicken parts 1/4 c. seasoned flour 2 tbsp. minced onion 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning 1 sm. clove garlic, chopped

2 tbsp. butter 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed Cheddar cheese or possibly cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. canned tomatoes 2 tbsp. dry white wine (optional)

1. Dust chicken with seasoned flour. Brown chicken, onion, poultry seasoning, and garlic in butter. Add in remaining ingredients. Cover. Cook over low heat 45 min or possibly till chicken is tender; stir often. 4 to 6 servings.
