Ингредиенты

  • 1 lg. pkg. (or possibly 2 10 ounce.) spinach, cooked
  • 2 c. cooked chicken (boil 1 hour), cut into sm. pcs
  • 4 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • Corn flakes

Инструкции

  1. Cook spinach and place in bottom of casserole dish. Place cooked chicken on top of spinach. Heat together: Cream cheese Lowfat milk Parmesan cheese
  2. Pour mix over chicken. Cover with corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
