Ингредиенты

1 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon red pepper

Инструкции

1. Cut strips of chicken breast and marinate for 1 hour or possibly more. Cut up 1 c. each red pepper, yellow pepper and green pepper. One onion cut up. Saute/fry vegetables and stir fry meat. Roll up in flour tortillas and serve with guacamole, lowfat sour cream and refried beans.
