Ингредиенты

  • 3 or possibly 4 chicken breasts, halved, boned, and skinned
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika
  • 6 to 8 thin slices cooked ham
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 c. cooking sherry, optional

  1. 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
  2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place ham slices in a shallow baking dish; top with chicken. Combine remaining ingredients, blending well; pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till done. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
