Ингредиенты

3 or possibly 4 chicken breast, halved, boned, skinned Salt to taste Paprika 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1/2 c. sherry

1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream 6 to 8 thin cooked ham slices 1/2 c. melted butter 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms

Инструкции

1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and paprika. Place ham slices in a shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Combine remaining ingredients, blending well. Pour over chicken. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees. Serve with brown or possibly white rice.
