1/3 c. molasses
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
2 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
Little pepper
1/2 c. ketchup

Put heavy foil in pan. Put in chicken and spread with mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till tender.
