Ингредиенты

4 chicken breasts 1 pkg. frzn broccoli 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/3 - 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr 1 c. longhorn cheese, grated 1/4 c. bread crumbs 1/8 c. melted butter

Инструкции

1. Simmer chicken in salted water till tender. Remove chicken meat from bones in large pcs. Cook broccoli. Mix soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise and curry pwdr; set aside.
2. To assemble: Butter casserole dish. Layer first with broccoli; then chicken. Pour sauce over and heat at 350 degrees for 20 min. Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with the bread crumbs that were mixed with the melted butter. Bake 10 min more till cheese is melted. Serves 4.
