2 c. Flour
1 dsh Pepper
1 tsp Seasoned salt

1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
2 c. Water (or possibly to dipping consistency)

Combine above . Dry chicken before dipping in mix. For a quarter of a chicken we cook it 20 min starting at 350 degrees and reducing to 325 degrees after about 5 min.
