- 2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp grnd oregano
- 1 x broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 4 lbs) cut up
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk (1/3 to 1/2)

- In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Cover and chill for up to 4 months.
- Yield: 2 batches (about 3 c. total)
- To prepare chicken: Dip chicken pcs in lowfat milk, then roll in about 1-1/4 c. coating mix. Place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 45-50 min or possibly till chicken juices run clear.
- Yield: 4-6 servings per batch.
