Ингредиенты

2 (10 ounce.) pkg. minced frzn broccoli 2 c. cooked cut up chicken (4-5 lg. breasts) 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 c. mayonnaise

1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

Инструкции

1. Cook broccoli about 3 min and place on bottom of a 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 inch buttered pan. Put cut up chicken on top of broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, cayenne and lemon juice together and pour mix over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over this and then cover with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered 25-30 min at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8 people.
