- Saute/fry potatoes in butter till light brown (crispy); set aside. Repeat with chicken and mushrooms individually and set aside also. Saute/fry garlic and push it to sides of pan; brown flour and then add in stock slowly. Return chicken to pan, cook 1 hour. Add in peas, mushrooms, parsley and potatoes. Heat thoroughly. Serves 4.
