Ингредиенты

  • 1 (20 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 8 Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies
  • 2 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Инструкции

  1. Blend pineapple with next 8 ingredients. Heat butter in 9 x 13 inch shallow baking dish. Pour mix into dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven 40 to 45 min. Serves 6 to 8.
