2 c. diced cooked chicken 1 c. finely diced celery 1 tbsp. parsley 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 2 teaspoon lowfat milk

1 tbsp. cream cheese 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 c. sunflower seeds; optional 1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts

Инструкции

1. Combine chicken, celery, parsley, and lemon juice. Mix lowfat milk, cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Combine mixtures and chill. For added interest, fold in sunflower seeds. Stuff pockets with filling and top with alfalfa sprouts. Serves 6.
