 I used to buy a prepared frozen entree which purported to be low calorie, but it tasted so good, I'd buy it for the taste.  It was discontinued it a long time ago, and I miss it. The other day I had some leftover chicken and cauliflower and a LIGHTBULB! went I could recreate that dish.  So I did. I love leftovers.
