  • 3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1 sm. can mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts, liquid removed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. white wine (optional)
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise

  1. Mix all ingredients and bake in greased casserole at 350 degrees for 40 min. Serves 4.
