Lots of left over chicken 3/4 stick butter, melted 2 med. green peppers, chopped

2 med. onions, chopped 1 (32 ounce.) jar meatless spaghetti sauce (I like Stop and Shop brand) 1 pound Mozzarella cheese, sliced

Инструкции

1. Cook onions and peppers in melted butter till transparent. Add in sauce and chicken, cover and heat till warm. Half an hour before serving, put in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Cover with Mozzarella and bake in a 350 degree oven till cheese is melted.
