4 lg. chicken breasts 2 pkg. frzn broccoli spears 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1 c. mayonnaise 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon curry pwdr

Инструкции

1. Cold chicken breasts till tender. Cook broccoli according to directions on package. Layer chicken and broccoli in buttered casserole. Pour over this sauce made of the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry pwdr. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Place in 350 degree oven and bake for 30 min. Note: To make this more special, use boned chicken breasts and use 6 or possibly 8.
