Ингредиенты

1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced broccoli 1 1/2 c. cut up cooked chicken 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese 2/3 c. minced onion 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk

3 Large eggs 3/4 c. Bisquick mix 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Rinse broccoli under cool water to thaw, drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, 2 c. cheese, chicken and onion in pie plate.
2. Beat lowfat milk, Large eggs, salt and pepper; mix till smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into plate. Bake till knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25-35 min. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 1-2 min. Cold 5 min. Serves 6, chicken can be omitted.
