- 4 x Chicken breasts
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Curry Pwdr
- 1 tsp Cayenne
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Five spice powderr
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Vegetable
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped

- Pat chicken pcs dry. Combine ingredients for rub.
- Smear rub over bother sides of chicken; the more you use, the spicer it will be. Heat barbecue. Brush grill with 2 Tbsp. oil. Place chicken on grill, skin side down. Cook over medium heat, about 10 to 12 min per side, till chicken is justed cooked through. (If heat is too high, coating will burn; if too low, cooking time will be a little longer).
