May the besamel be old fashioned if we see the nutritional facts but I like it. And I love when a dish covered thickly with grated cheese and it melts and becomes golden brown and crunchy during the baking.

- In a pan heat the butter and fry the chicken breasts cut into stripes and seasoned with salt. If they became golden brown place meat in a heatproof dish, put the broccoli florets on the top.
- In the same pan which you fried the chicken melt butter for the besamel sauce add flour and when it starts bubbling pour in the cold milk, stirring with a whisk. Season with salt, pepper and ground nutmeg, stir while it's thickened and pour the hot sauce onto the broccoli and chicken.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese on the top and bake it for 1 hour in your preheated oven on 175 °C.
