Ингредиенты

  • 5lb diced celery
  • 5lb diced onion
  • 5 bay leaves
  • 1 Tbs. salt
  • 1 Tbs pepper
  • 4lb diced frozen carrots
  • 15 gallons chicken stock
  • 3 bags of barley
  • 15lb chicken meat diced

Инструкции

  1. Saute celery and onion in a little oil until soft.
  2. Add bay leaves, salt and pepper.
  3. Next, add chicken stock, frozen carrots, barley, and chicken meat.
  4. Cook at medium heat until barley is tender soft.
  5. Sliced mushrooms(fresh) can be added with the celery and onion.
  6. Taste for seasoning- adjust and serve!
