  • 2 x YOUNG CHICKENS, CUTUP
  • 1 x FLOUR AS NEEDED
  • 1/4 c. BUTTER
  • 1 c. Minced ONION
  • 1 tsp SALT
  • 1/2 tsp PEPPER
  • 1/2 tsp ROSEMARY
  • 1 Tbsp. HONEY FOR EACH PIECE CHICKEN
  • 1 c. CHICKEN STOCK (BROTH)

  1. SPRINKLE EACH PIECE OF CHICKEN WITH FLOUR. Saute/fry CHICKEN IN BUTTER ON BOTH SIDES Till Golden brown. Add in BUTTER AS NEEDED. REMOVE CHICKEN TO PAPER TOWELING.
  2. Saute/fry ONIONS Till Golden brown. ARRANGE CHICKEN AND ONION IN A 2 Qt CASSEROLE. SPRINKLE CHICKEN WITH SALT, PEPPER, ROSEMARY AND DRIZZLE EACH PIECE WITH HONEY. COVER AND BAKE AT 350 DEG F FOR ABOUT AN HOUR, BASTING FREQUENTLY.
  3. MAKES ABOUT 6 SERVING.
