Ингредиенты

  • 8 x Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly Margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Minced Chives
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced Parsley

Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry chicken breasts, 4 at a time, in butter in a large skillet a few min on each side, till they feel hard to the touch. Transfer to a serving platter; keep hot.
  2. Pour off fat from skillet. Pour any juices which accumulate in serving platter back into skillet. Add in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and salt; bring to a boil. Stir in chives and parsley.
  3. Pour over chicken breasts.
