2 c. cooked shredded chicken or possibly turkey 2 Large eggs 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 4 green onions, minced Dash of salt and pepper 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1. Place chicken or possibly turkey, Large eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, dry mustard, green onion, salt and pepper in a bowl. Use beater in bowl to mix. Using a 1/3 c. measure, shape mix into patties. Fry in vegetable oil till golden. Drain on paper towels.
