1 1/2 c. water 1 c. uncooked rice 1 1/2 lbs. skinless boneless chicken breasts 8 ounce. jar Cheez Whiz

1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 med. onion, minced 16 ounce. can tomatoes, cut up Grated Parmesan cheese

1. Heat Cheez Whiz in microwave. Stir together water, rice, tomatoes, Cheez Whiz, onions, and Italian seasoning into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 370 degrees approximately 50 min.
