Chicken And Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo

Ингредиенты

  • 12 ounce fettuccine
  • 1 lb fat-free chicken tenders
  • 1 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 2 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can fat-free chicken broth (13 1/2 ounce.)
  • 1 c. fat-free cream cheese softened
  • 20 ounce frzn broccoli flowerets (2 - 10 ounce pkgs)
  • 1 tsp white pepper

Инструкции

  1. Prepare fettuccine according to package directions; drain and keep hot.
  2. Lightly spray a large non-stick skillet with nonfat cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add in chicken tenders and cook till chicken is no longer pink and is cooked through; remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Lightly respray skillet; saute/fry onions till soft and transparent, about 5 min. Add in mushrooms and continue cooing till tender (I had to add in a little chicken broth because I found the pan too dry). Stir in chicken broth and cream cheese; heat over medium-high heat till mix almost comes to a boil and thickens. Add in chicken, broccoli, and pepper to skillet; cook over medium heat till heated through. Toss with fettuccine, serve immediately. (Serves 8)
  3. NOTES : I made this tonight for dinner and it was great! Fat-free :)
