2 c. butter 2 c. flour 1 tbsp. salt

6 c. chicken stock 5 c. homogenized lowfat milk

Инструкции

1. Add in: 1 1/2 c. mushrooms 1 c. pimento 2 c. frzn peas
2. Cook till thick butter, flour, salt, chicken stock and lowfat milk. Add in remaining ingredients. Serves 25 people. Serve over biscuits or possibly small pie shells. (Good for showers.)
