- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and salt.
- Work in the butter to make it creamy and add the chestnut jam.
- Butter/grease a 30 cm (11-12 inches) cake pan/mold.
- Pour the mixture and bake in a moderate oven (160°C/320°F) until the cake take a nice golden color.
- To be enjoyed cold.
