1 in. thick center cut pork chops 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon ginger 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1 can dark sweet cherries in heavy syrup Flour

Инструкции

1. Flour pork chops and brown in skillet. Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan. Bring to boil and add in pork chops and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. If you cook more than 6 chops, double recipe.
